No. The monthly price covers everything listed in that package. The only extras are consumables specific to a condition (e.g. specialised dressings) or add-on services outside the package, which are always quoted and approved before we proceed.
Billing is monthly, payable via bank transfer, eSewa/Khalti, or card. For NRN families abroad, we also accept international bank transfer and can share receipts by email for reimbursement records.
Yes — most often families move from Essential to Complete after a hospital discharge, or step down from Round-the-Clock once a patient stabilises. We prorate the difference for the days remaining in that month.
There is no long-term contract. Packages run month to month, and short-term or single-visit care can also be arranged for specific needs like a one-off post-surgery week.
